What can you not do after eye injections?
You should not rub your injected eye. You should not wash your face and hair or shower for 48 hours. You should not swim for a week after the injection. You will be given a follow-up appointment four to eight weeks after the injection or course of injections.
Can you drink alcohol after getting fillers?
It is best to avoid drinking alcohol or smoking for 24 hours after getting lip fillers. Alcohol can act as a blood thinner, which increases the likelihood of bruising, inflammation, and swelling.

For relief of mild to moderate pain or irritation, an over-the-counter pain reliever (i.e. Tylenol) or cool compress/ice pack can be used. Artificial tears/lubricating drops can be used. You should not swim for 2 days. It is okay to shower and wash your face.
