I’m doing some research on the opinions of people, public and wine trade, regarding Organic, Biodynamic, Sustainable wines for an article I’m writing.
It strikes me that it seems to be a contentious subject, not quite taboo but differing in opinion.
What do you think?
Are you for or against them?
What are the pro’s and con’s in your opinion?
Do producers do enough to publicly make people aware that their wines are made in a ‘more’ natural way?
If not then what do you think needs to be or, can be done?
What is your understanding of them?
Do they matter or not?
