Toni Cascio, Ph.D. is an evolving wine enthusiast with very eclectic taste. Amarone, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon are among her favorites.  Dr. Cascio is a wine geek from the U.S. who loves learning about all things wine-related, she is currently studying for the Certified Specialist of Wine Accreditation. Toni is also very proud she no longer chooses her wine by the pretty pictures on the label. Between 2009-11 Toni wrote the e-zines Brilliance! and The Corporate Communicator, the Richer. Smarter. Happier. blog, and special reports for small business/entrepreneurial audience.

Imelda Duffard is a bit of a world traveller who likes to combine her love of food and wine by writing about them. Via her native Argentina, Imelda has studied in Italy and Spain. “I love travelling, get to know new places, people and cultures. I enjoy learning new things, especially languages. In a rainy day I enjoy going to museums or art galleries, reading a good book or watching a film with popcorn. On the other hand, on a sunny day I love going out to food markets, parks or walking around the city. I love cooking, discovering new wines, matching them with food and enjoy them with family and friends.” Currently our Imelda Speaks  four languages, from her native Spanish to English, Italian and Portuguese. You will also find Imelda strutting her stuff at Vinoteca-Marylebone.
